高通卡位車用市場　20奈米產品送樣

美國高通公司宣布推出全球首款車用20奈米LTE Advanced晶片組，以第四代LTE平台為基礎，支援LTE Advanced Category 6，下行資料速率最高達300 Mbps，並已開始送樣。
 
美國高通技術公司業務發展資深副總裁Kanwalinder Singh表示，隨著車用高速連網的需求與日俱增，資料速率及各項功能與技術密切整合也隨著加速成長，將Gobi 9x30新增至LTE系列產品後，將能為汽車模組客戶、一級供應商和整車製造商客戶提供符合國際需求以及次世代LTE功能。
 
Gobi 9x30可支援最高可達40 MHz 的LTE FDD與TDD模式的全球載波聚合佈建，除了3G/LTE連接，該新平台更預先整合802.11ac Wi-Fi 及藍芽 4.1雙串流晶片組。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
