歐巴馬：美軍準備撤出阿富汗

白宮官員表示，美國總統歐巴馬已經下令五角大廈研議在今年底之前，將駐阿富汗美軍完全撤出。原因是阿富汗總統卡賽拒絕與美國簽署雙邊安全協定。
歐巴馬雖在電話中向卡賽表示，只要雙邊安全協定，目前駐守在阿富汗的美軍仍有留下的可能性，但他也認為卡賽不太可能回心轉意。
美國若能在今年底前完全撤出，預計仍將留下8千名部隊，除了對蓋達組織執行反恐行動，並繼續訓練阿富汗軍隊。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
