「天國近了」　深夜狂按門鈴竟辯勸善

周姓男子因胞兄與王姓女友人有債務糾紛，前年12月到王女住處，以黑色噴漆在王女門上噴「死全家」，還以榔頭敲打鐵門，去年5月4日深夜周男再到王女住處狂按門鈴1分多鐘，還在門縫塞紙條寫「死」、「天國近了」、「亡」等文字，遭王女怒告恐嚇、毀損等罪。
 
北檢開庭時，周男雖坦承在王女門上噴漆，但否認噴恐嚇字眼，他還辯稱紙條寫「天國近了」，只是要勸王女改過向善，否認恐嚇，但檢察官痛批深夜狂按門鈴又塞詛咒紙條，已使王女心生畏懼，事後還飾詞狡辯，今依毀損、恐嚇等罪將周男起訴。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
