標題[請問] 雙人牌的刀具

去年百貨公司週年慶時買了一組雙人牌的刀具， 其中一把主廚刀介紹是說適合用於切肉切菜，所以取代原本陶瓷刀的切肉任務 可是就在剛剛，要把豬肉(五花肉，不帶骨)切薄片時，竟然破掉了 O_O!! http://ppt.cc/tifx 這種刀有什麼需要特別保養的方式嗎？不想剩下的四把也瞬間壞掉 >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.140.146
