豪宅主人換人囉！廣告鬼才葉兩傳「台北高峰會」今午在台北地方法院執行第2拍，面積146.53坪、底價1億3261萬元，共有4組人競標，由旌旗開發股份有限公司以1億4500萬元得標。104法拍屋總經理籃茂山表示：「該物件市價至少1億5000萬元起，法拍價格的確有比市價便宜。」

1990年成功塑造「開喜婆婆」廣告角色的葉兩傳，曾擊敗統一集團、微風廣場等強敵，獨家代理法國PAUL麵包，並說服比利時巧克力之神PIERRE MARCOLINI來台開設專賣店，風光一時；不料，前年底傳出財務吃緊，日前又被控侵占比利時珠寶商27顆、價值高達1.2億元鑽石，被依侵占等罪起訴，豪宅也淪入法拍市場。

「台北高峰會」有不少名人住戶，包括歌手Hebe與達欣工程小開王才翔等。（王筱君／台北報導）
