手指頂女童陰部 男猥褻5秒判4年2月

1名黃姓男子(32歲)去年8月在新竹市1家資訊賣場內，見1名6歲女童落單，涉以手指猥褻女童陰部5秒。法官依加重強制猥褻罪，重判4年2個月徒刑。 今日出版的《聯合報》報導，去年8月3日下午1時，被害女童跟隨母親到賣場購物，母親在櫃前填寫資料，黃男靠近說「哥哥幫妳拍照」，女童誤以為是學校老師，跟著到1、2樓間樓梯平台，黃隨意拍幾張照片後，隔著衣物，以手指頂住女童陰部5秒，女童嚇得大喊「放我下來」，掙脫後衝回母親身旁說出一切。法官認為，這5秒會造成女童一輩子陰影，因此重判。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
