可惡啊！ 功德箱也敢偷

宜蘭一名23歲楊姓男子，日前夥同16歲林姓少年潛入三星鄉1間寺廟偷走1只功德箱，不料9天後食髓知味，又夥同22歲張姓、23歲簡姓男子及3名少年，持鐵撬破壞另1間寺廟門窗，潛入行竊，但驚動夜宿寺廟的信徒，一夥人見形跡敗露，只好倉皇逃逸；警方據報根據監視器錄影帶畫面，陸續將楊男等人逮捕到案，並移送法辦。
全案經宜蘭地院審結，今天將張男依竊盜罪判處7月徒刑、得易科罰金21萬元，同夥張男與簡男亦被判處5月徒刑、得易科罰金15萬元，其他涉案3名少年由少年法庭審理中。（潘岳／宜蘭報導）
