耕興（6146）董事會決議，訂6月6日召開股東常會。

耕興也公布2013年財務報表，營收23.04億元，創歷史新高，稅後純益年增率20.36%，每股稅後純益5.25元，但尚未決定股利。

耕興2013年毛利率43.01%，稅後純益4.32億元；營收、每股稅後純益年增率各為20.36%、9.6%，毛利率下滑1.12個百分點，今天股價上漲2.5元、1.87%，收盤價136元。

耕興2013年第4季營收創歷年單季次高，毛利率至少創24季新低，稅後純益創三季新低。

耕興2013年第4季營收6.09億元，毛利率37.54%，稅後純益9,301萬元，每股稅後純益1.13元；營收、稅後純益及每股稅後純益各比第3季衰退1.48%、24.57%、24.67%，毛利率下滑7.12個百分點。

耕興2014年1月營收重新站上2億元，月增率1.75%，年增率34.02%，創歷年1月新高。
