台股早盤～OTC指數逆揚

受美股下跌波及，台股開盤下跌21.74點，不過，中小型股依舊活絡，如特斯拉（tesla）概念股和大（1536）、F-貿聯（3665）開盤逆勢上漲，在小型股動能不減，加上阿曼交易所可能與櫃買中心技術合作，激勵OTC指數逆勢走揚。

台新投顧協理黃文清表示，從年初來，OTC表現一直很強，而大盤則一直處於區間震盪，短線操作仍以選股為主，尤其是中小型股較有表現空間，如汽車、生技、IC設計等族群，而電子股在MWC展即將登場，接著3月又有漢諾威展，相關題材股應有不錯表現。（高佳菁／台北報導）
