下體頂女學生腰背　同學圍人牆阻狼師

南投1所國小女學生指控，1名男老師上課時拍打她的屁股，涉以下體碰觸她的腰或背部，每回上課都不放過，其他女同學見狀勇敢站出來，圍成人牆保護同學遭非禮；男師稱「不小心」，校方已解聘該名男老師。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，性平會調查小組指出，受害女學生由父母陪同到校指控，男老師曾多次拍打她的屁股，監考時貼近她偷看大腿，還曾在課堂上走到她後方，下體碰觸她的腰和背，她見男師靠近就幾乎崩潰；該些指控，有5名女同學作證屬實。 男師辯稱是不小心碰觸，訴請撤銷解聘處分，被台中高等行政法院駁回。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
