劉姓毒蟲（30歲，毒品、竊盜前科）缺錢花用，把永安區一處養殖龍膽石斑魚的魚塭當做是提款機，每2天上門偷1次，每次偷3隻，每隻龍膽石斑約重20台斤，以一斤市價250元，每隻可賣5000元，但劉男以一斤95元賣出，每隻賣約1900元，偷1次可獲利5700元。

何姓業者發現有人偷魚，養狗及加裝監視器防範仍無法制止，笨狗還跑到劉男身旁吃魚餌，警方獲報派員埋伏查緝，昨逮劉男著青蛙裝偷3隻龍膽石斑正要離去，雖他否認行竊，辯稱是在圳溝抓到的，但警方不採信，全案依依竊盜罪送辦。（林錫淵／高雄報導）
