新光人壽37億南港地上權案　今簽約

台北市政府財政局辦理的「台北市南港區經貿段42地號」設定地上權案去年12月27日開標，由新光人壽以約20億元得標，今日在台北市政府舉行簽約典禮，台北市長郝龍斌出席並表示：「用公共建設引導民間投資，是拼經濟的重點作為。」
 
南港區經貿段42地號位於經貿二路、三重路口，為面積1174.8坪的商業用地，地上權可存續60年。新光人壽總經理蔡雄繼表示，預計興建地上19樓、地下5樓，樓地板總面積9000多坪的複合式大樓，也將引進飯店、餐飲等策略性產業，投入金額高達37億元。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
