王金平爭黨籍　傳黨同志出庭

立法院長王金平訴請確認國民黨籍案，台北地院今將再度開庭審理，王金平認為，國民黨考紀會決議撤銷他黨籍的決議不符合民主原則，聲請傳喚考紀會主委黃昭元作證獲准，法院今傳黃出庭。

國民黨認為，王金平為立委柯建銘司法案件，向法務部前部長曾勇夫等人關說，去年撤銷他黨籍，但王陣營認為，國民黨在事實不明情況下就撤銷王黨籍，不符平等及比例原則，聲請傳喚國民黨考紀會主委黃昭元，以釐清考紀會作業程序是否適當；國民黨則認為，考紀會為維護黨譽，撤銷王的黨籍並無不當，且在王金平擔任國民黨副主席逾王年半，考紀會逾400件處分黨員案，王金平均表示違法，顯見考記會程序合法。（劉志原╱台北報導）
