IMF表態支持　願協助烏克蘭

烏克蘭政局動盪、信用違約風險拉高，國際貨幣基金（International Monetary Fund，IMF）總裁拉加德（Christine Lagarde）參加20國財政部長、央行總裁會議，也密切關注該國發展，她說：「IMF準備好協助烏克蘭，烏克蘭是IMF會員國。」拉加德說：「如果烏克蘭政府尋求IMF支援，不論是政策諮詢，或是財政支援與討論經濟改革，我們已準備好了。」（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
