2女法官不同調　人妻飆小三賤人改有罪

台北市1名詹姓婦人懷疑，劉姓丈夫劉男和羅姓女同事疑外遇，去公司飆罵羅女「不要臉、賤人」，一審女法官認為，元配說的是「實話」判無罪；高等法院女法官指出，當眾飆罵羅女髒話，已達到貶損名譽程度，昨改判詹婦公然侮辱罪，判罰金1000元定讞。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，該案均是女法官承審，一審法官認為，劉男坦承和羅女有婚外情，「法律沒有理由處罰說實話的人」；高院女法官昨指出，詹婦是使用「非法自力救濟」的行為，不能因為羅女有錯，就出言罵人，「如此是將別人的非法，變成自己的不合法，並不可取」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
