植牙未告知風險　牙醫賠12萬

郭姓女子2009年找中壢一名戴姓牙醫植牙，裝置植牙螺絲後，郭女牙齒痛得不得了，過了5個月，戴姓牙醫把螺絲拔除，但郭女還是不舒服，四處求醫達200多次，診斷有肩頸神經炎、顏面神經炎、右手臂肌膜炎、右耳旁發炎等症狀。她認為戴姓牙醫事前沒有告知植牙風險，也沒做牙床檢查就裝上螺絲，而且太晚把螺絲拆下，害她苦不堪言，控告戴男求償醫療費用及精神慰撫金等共300萬元。
 
桃園地院認定戴姓醫師事前沒告知植牙風險，且移除螺絲過程未完全清除異物，導致郭女下顎右側第一大臼齒慢性發炎，判醫師應賠郭女12萬元，扣掉戴男先前已付5000元，還須再賠11萬5000元。高院今駁回雙方上訴。(丁牧群／台北報導)
