美駐南韓前大使突訪北韓　原因不明

正當北韓連續二次拒絕美國特使訪問之際，今天(10日)傳出，美國前任駐南韓大使葛雷格(Donald Gregg)卻突然率領智庫「太平洋世紀研究所(PCI)」的成員，抵達北韓首都平壤進行訪問。

葛雷格是美國在1989年到1993年間派駐南韓的大使，目前外界對於他突然造訪北韓的目的十分好奇，但他並未多做說明，也不清楚葛雷格是否會與北韓商討釋放遭到扣押的美籍韓裔公民裴埈皓。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
