餐廳名稱：豚骨拉麵?????(Ramen Nagi) 消費時間：2013/12 地址：台北市大安區大安路一段75巷5號電話：02-27781899 營業時間：11:30 ~ 22:00 每人平均價位：$250 可否刷卡：可有無包廂：無 ============================================================== 有圖網誌版：http://ninake.pixnet.net/blog/post/103368379 隨著日本拉麵店在台灣越開越多是件令人開心的事但是!! 為什麼幾乎都開在台北勒?????? 嗚~ 於是在聖誕節的前一日，剛好有事從台中北上便來拜訪了這間????? (會挑上這家是因為看到常去日本的"林氏壁"將它列在拉麵排行榜首位) 也許是當日細雨綿綿，在中午時刻並沒有我想像中的客人很多店面位在小巷子內而且是內縮進去的所以來的時候要仔細看一下喔坐定後服務生會送上菜單而這間拉麵店出名的就是如菜單上所示的"豚王"系列囉簡單說就是以豚骨湯頭做為主打!! 而其它王皆以豚骨湯頭為基底，另外各加入不同食材熬煮黑王(墨魚汁+芝麻)、赤王(辛味噌)、翠王 (羅勒+橄欖油) 另外還有特別的"限定王"會隨季節和時間推出不同口味我來的這天推出的口味我有點忘了>0當你真心渴望某樣東西時，整個宇宙都會聯合起來幫你完成 When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.123.153 ※ lostmoon:轉錄至看板 Taipei 02/18 12:45
