標題[問題] 手機網路連不上

我手機型號 HTC XE 種花電信事情是這樣的從今天下午開始網路就處於在3G狀態但是沒有上傳跟下載(就是上下箭頭都沒反應) 請問這是手機的問題還是種花電信的問題啊!!? 我手機買了兩年 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.248.222
