當一陣風吹來　酒味飛上天空

高市一名林姓男子(40歲)，23日自三民區騎機車前往旗山區找女友唱歌飲酒，晚間返家時卻因路況不熟，不找加油站卻找上當地派出所問路，不過由於身上酒氣太重，被值班藍姓警員發現當場酒測，結果酒測值達0.36毫克，當場被依公共危險罪送辦。
 
警方表示，男子進入警局時還刻意與警方保持距離，但當時一陣風自派出所門外吹入，警方發現男子身上酒味即對男子實施酒測。男子事後雖向警方表示：「我只是來問路的。」但警方也向男子表示：「問路沒有錯，但喝酒就不應該騎車。」仍將其送辦。

男子說，他明知上警局問路恐被警察發現酒駕，但因對當地人生地不熟、「走投無路」，只能硬著頭皮前往，沒想到最後竟真的遭移送，讓他相當後悔。（劉智維／高雄報導）
