囂張議員辱警　事發酒店疑違法

桃園縣議員羅文欽喝花酒辱警傷警，警方表示事發現場「黑貓KTV酒店」，根據所登記的項目是「影視歌唱業」，並沒有登記「有女陪侍」項目，業管單位桃園縣工商發展局今天上午表示，即日將派員前去調查，若該業者違法營業事實確定將罰鍰，若仍繼續違法營業則處以停業處份。（黎百代／桃園報導）
