【更新】囂張議員喝花酒　譙6字經還毆警

桃園縣民進黨籍議員羅文欽和前國策顧問彭盛昌，上周四晚間與友人在平鎮市「 黑貓KTV」酒店喝花酒，平鎮警備隊長許傳灶帶隊共10人執行色情掃蕩，至該酒店臨檢，酒店少爺以廣播通報，議員羅文欽聞聲走出包廂，在走廊上竟以「抄臂號碼」、「打電話給局長黎文明」等話要脅許傳灶，之後更動手扯衣抓傷許的脖子，怒罵「我肏你媽雞巴！」

彭盛昌等人見狀趕緊上前拉住羅文欽，不料羅還握拳舉起右手要毆人，行徑態度相當囂張，最後警方上前要以妨害公務逮人時，一旁30多名酒店圍事還以身體阻擋，警方為免傷及其他酒客，蒐證完畢後就收隊離開，今早許到地檢署按鈴申告羅文欽妨害公務等。（黎百代／桃園報導）
