【動新聞】超怪情人餐　帝王蟹蛋糕巧克力麵

情人節想送給你的另一半永生難忘的過節禮物嗎？今年有餐飲業者將巧克力和帝王蟹餐和拉麵做結合，話題十足。君品酒店首度推出的巧克力帝王蟹慕斯蛋糕，以整隻帝王蟹殼當容器，填入白巧克力慕斯、法芙娜蛋糕體和酒漬櫻桃。「重點就在帝王蟹殼去腥，帝王蟹去除蟹肉後，殼再泡入檸檬汁至少一天去腥、風乾再填餡。」甜點副主廚王哲廷說。記者試吃後覺得巧克力風味濃厚，慕斯化口，但要先突破心理障礙，還得小心蟹殼刺手。

而麵屋武藏的中和環球百貨二天店和高雄武骨店，則在2/14情人節當晚6點開始販售樂天巧克力味噌拉麵，以味噌和巧克力調味的湯頭，味道也不如想像中的詭異，限量30碗。(黃翎翔／綜合報導)
