「出去沒開槍就跟你姓」 毒蟲揍獄監 再吃一罪

目前在宜蘭監獄服刑的48歲陳姓毒蟲，日前被羈押在台北看守所時，不服管教，竟以三字經辱罵詹姓管理員，還威脅詹男：「我出去如果沒有找人對你開槍，我跟你姓！」且陳男還以台語辱罵蔡姓管理員「俗辣」，並揮拳及抓傷蔡男左上臂。
 
案經台北看守所函送檢方偵辦，宜蘭地檢署今天將這名囂張陳姓毒蟲，依侮辱公務人員、妨害公務等罪嫌起訴。（潘岳／宜蘭報導）
