落跑外籍勞工　追1公里就逮

今天下午近5時許，新北市三重警分局光明派出所警員廖展昇、陳瑞昌，執行轄內巡邏勤務，行經新北市三重區重新路與重陽路口，突見菲律賓籍28歲的逃逸外勞ABRIGO WINSON JR BALANAG神色詭譎，2警趨前用巡邏機車將外勞包夾，正當要菲勞出示證件時，菲勞二話不說往後轉身狂奔，警見狀緊追在後。
 
剛好正值學生下課，菲勞2次將路過學生推倒，此時一旁行人與另名新北高中教官看見，見義勇為加入追勞行列，雙方追了近一公里，直到集美街25號前，警方一個過肩摔將菲勞摔倒在地，學校教官幫忙壓制，待線上警網趕來，才將菲勞帶回派出所查辦，偵訊時菲勞向警供稱，他2012年5月以船工名義申請工作證來台，但因工作繁重加上所賺不多，不到半年就逃逸，四處在新北市建築工地打零工維生，警偵訊後，將菲勞移往移民署專勤隊遣返。(曾伯愷／新北報導)
