台股量縮　曾銘宗：大戶沒有全部回來

金管會主委曾銘宗今早說，近期台股量能略減，主因是大盤指數到8500點左右，外資有些觀望，大戶也僅回來一部份，似乎沒有全部回到股市。

大戶是否因證所稅而沒到股市？曾銘宗說，這要進一步分析，影響價量因素很多，是否單一因素影響很大，有些不同看法，這要進一步確認。

他也說，證所稅去年五月才修過，是否要修法，要很審慎，影響股市多元，是否單一因素影響分量重，這要進一步評估。

券商公會建議，要修證所稅，把大戶條款刪除，曾銘宗說，大戶條款是否拿掉涉及修法，這主要是財部權責。（廖珮君／台北報導）
