敦南出脫F-昂寶持股進帳7億元

分離式元件大廠敦南（5305）從去年11月以來迄今，已多次申讓轉投資F-昂寶（5305）持股，公告已出售的張數達2700張，進帳近7億元，近期將再申讓900張。

敦南表示，該處分收入將全部轉入到資本公積，大舉提升每股淨值表現。敦南去年截至第3季底，每股淨值為16.7元，在處分F-昂寶股票收入挹注以及本業營運持穩下，每股淨值可望突破17元。

F-昂寶為敦南採取《權益法》認列之轉投資，據IFRS會計準則，賣出《權益法》認列轉投資的持股無法認列獲利，但對於整體現金部位及公司淨值均有提升效果。

敦南在薄型二極體新產品出貨量放大，以及分離式元件打入微軟Xbox One與SONY PS4供應鏈帶動下，今年第1季營運表現淡季不淡，法人預估，首季營收年增率可望達15~20%，季減幅度約落在5%附近，優於往年水準。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
