標題中和鳳凰城社區被遺棄的黑狗請求協助

這篇是代朋友PO的中和圓通路山上的鳳凰城社區上週五出現一隻黑狗，短毛全黑立耳但是右耳萎縮只有小小一坨，有紅色牽繩朋友說已經在社區流蕩兩天了，加今天第三天了吧一直坐在一個地方哭嚎不肯離開哭到聲音都啞了由於他們社區不能餵養流浪動物小黑狗又一直哭我朋友很擔心鄰居遲早會報清潔隊抓走基本上我覺得這隻狗應該就是被遺棄了>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.138.119
