俄：烏克蘭反政府人士未遵和平協議　奪取政權

俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫（Sergei Lavrov）周日向美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）表示，烏克蘭反亞努科維奇政府人士沒有遵守他們上周五簽訂的和平協議，反而「奪取政權」，拒絕放下武器並持續暴力行為。
 
路透報導，拉夫羅夫與凱瑞2天內兩度通電話，指出當前最重要的事是要準備全面落實烏克蘭和平協議。（林奐成／綜合外電報導）
