中美互掐　中國財長批美國靠印鈔復甦

美國QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場衝擊新興國家，但美國財政部長傑克．路（Jack Lew）堅稱，新興國家應自立自強，並批評中國改革步伐太慢，中國財政部長樓繼偉不甘示弱，反批美國的經濟復甦只是靠印鈔，同樣未進行結構性改革。

中國官方雖然多次強調，美國退出QE對中國影響不大，但近來中國經濟數據不佳，加深市場對中國經濟放緩憂慮，可是美國經濟卻出現加速跡象，2國財長的口頭交鋒，也凸顯出2國經濟上的緊張關係。

樓繼偉指出，中國影子銀行的問題不如西方嚴重，因為中國影子銀行仍與實體經濟相關，可是西方國家的影子銀行產品，例如信用違約交換（Credit Default Swap，CDS）等，卻與實體經濟活動有很大距離。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
